The police chief of Bellevill, Illinois, has banned his officers from the Belleville Denny's Restaurant. The idiot manager told five on-duty detectives that they had to leave because one of them had a firearm, and that fact made another customer "uncomfortable."

"Until further notice all on duty Belleville Police officers are banned from Denny's Restaurant unless responding to an official call for service." That's from the statement by Captain Don Sax.

All the officers had their badges on display, and several police radios were on their table.

Good job, Denny's.
